Credentials which are already configured in SPBE are changed in Sonatype IQ Server - this currently results in blank screen and no messaging.

When credentials already configured are changed upstream in Sonatype IQ Server, the user is provided no warning and the extension just stops working.

401 errors can be seen in the Service Worker logs, but no information is presented to the user.
