Currently if the setting "Nexus Explorer: Include Dev" is ticked then no dependencies are found, this PR fixes this problem.

This pull request makes the following changes:

When "Nexus Explorer: Include Dev" is enabled in settings then the gradle command uses testRuntimeClasspath rather than runtimeClasspath.

It relates to the following issue #s:
