fix selected version

Steps to reproduce

Select component spring-security-web version 5.7.5

This pull request makes the following changes:

• remove the state selectedVersion in the React component AllVersionsPage since the selectedVersion is managed by the conetext.

It relates to the following issue #s:

• Fixes SDEV-262 The bug was reported in the ticket https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/SDEV-262 (see the doc in the comment section)
