Add Readme.md with link to book at lulu.com #6

I almost didn't find the lulu.com page with this book (http://www.lulu.com/shop/tim-obrien/m2eclipse-maven-integration-for-eclipse/paperback/product-11029790.html )

It would be good to add that link to a Readme.md page (ideally with some additional explanations about the book)

Btw, thx for sharing all the books contents (and creation materials) on this repo

This is not maintained and up to date and I therefore will not add it to the readme.
