All metrics not available in the `/service/metrics/prometheus` endpoint #354

Hi there,

I'm monitoring my instance scraping the metrics available in the service/metrics/prometheus endpoint, I recently discovered the service/metrics/data endpoint which exposes additional info I found useful to monitor in my instance, such as:

nexus.analytics.format_request_rates
nexus.analytics.proxy_metrics_by_format

and many others, however it's not available in the Prometheus endpoint with its format.

Would it be possible to have those metrics under the Prometheus endpoint?
