Updating the gem to be a little better? #26

remove the remains of always_verify_ssl_certificates and extend the http client timeout so that if our connection is slow our upload to the nexus server doesn't die because of it.

to verify ssl certificates is still important but the first shot was creating more problems than what it solved. a second shot might come in the future ;)

"to verify ssl certificates is still important" -- agreed; I have a lot on my plate; but adding this wouldn't be too difficult.
