Add related images section to clusterserviceversion yaml as per https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/certification-releases/blob/main/4.9/ga/troubleshooting.md#digest-pinning in an attempt to fix https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/certified-operators/pull/2565

Looks fine. Is there a reason it's not being auto-generated:

Note: This section can be created at bundle generation time by adding the --use-image-digests flag to the operator-sdk generate bundle command.

That would seem to suggest less maintenance in the future.

Indeed. From what I can see, this uses a script and some templates to generate the yamls instead of the operator sdk.
