Support more search options: User & Group #6

The first addition to search options should be search based upon user or group. This was present in the previous version of Flickr Downloadr and is very useful as a functionality.

It has been postponed until 3.0.5, for more stabilization of the core functionality.

Part of the reason for postponing, is to wait for dropdown/combo control be implemented in the Angular Material design library. Custom implementation was almost done, but was scrapped and delayed to get better menus.

User search implemented, group searching exists as separate issue.
