add setting

[ ] loop sample

per clip. If the audio file length is less than the beat amount (clip beat length, cf #42 ) then if this setting is

checked, the audio sample will loop be looped
unchecked, the audio sample will play back once and then be silent until the clip is finished (clip beat length reached).
