How to take part in this project?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.shutdown GPRS;
2.open AndBible;
3.popup error windows (see attached image);

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that off-line bible can be used without GPRS; but it cant.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The apk tells me the version is 1.11, that is not in your code repository. The 
phone is Alcatel OT-906 with android 2.2.

Please provide any additional information below.
I want to add my personal functions into this tool, please help me. For 
example, a floating tool bar with exit button.

You need to download bibles before they can be used offline.  You download 
bibles once and then use them offline - forever!

Do you have a wireless enabled router at home?  That is the best way to 
download documents.  I don't have a data tariff myself and download everything 
via wireless.

The latest version is 1.0.2 - I don't think 1.11 is a valid version number.

Thanks! I know, someone modified your app, and kidnapped the app with 
advertisement with GPRS connections, if it detects no GPRS, then it exists.

Could you tell whether there is Chinese option in your version? I want to add 
my personal functions into this tool, please help me. For example, a floating 
tool bar with exit button.
