An internship role usually have many requirements (> 3). I think instead of repeating re/ then separate by comma would be faster, which increase efficiency for users.

Here is the reason why:
You can type everything under 1 requirement and separate your text with commas. Our application does not stop you from doing that.
By allowing users to enter multiple re/, we give users the flexibility to separate their requirements into different blocks AND allow them to use commas within each requirement at the same time. Under your proposal, commas will likely be a forbidden/special demarcation character which is highly undesirable, as it is very likely that users may want to use commas when describing a single requirement
