Network change error when 3G enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Registered App on 3G
2.Disbaled 3G
3.Enable 3G and lot of errors shown bellow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product or source code revision are you using? On what
operating system?
