Thanks for contributing such a valuable resource to the community! I was curious if you could release some of the code or datasets used to generate the features in Supplementary Table 1. It would take a non-trivial amount of effort to develop the pre-processing and aggregation steps neccesary to replicate these.

Precomputed features for all human proteins are available on Zenodo with links provided in the published article. We unfortunately do not have a centralized script to allow feature computation for any protein.
