功能描述 azureopenai更新了tts和tts-hd 望跟进，少个-1，重定向应该就OK 应用场景

我通过重定向配置了Azure OpenAI的tts和tts-hd, 但是实际使用时, 一直会提示下面的错误: [ERR] 2024/03/07 - 12:58:59 | 2024030712585937921945221915892 | relay error (channel #10): Resource not found (request id: 2024030712585937921945221915892)
