Ubuntu 14.04 + ROS indigo compilation #6

Remove SOPHUS_LIBRARIES in FindSophus.cmake, and add FindEigen3.cmake to the dvo_core/cmake_modules file, then the project works on my ubuntu14.04 + ROS indigo. Great thanks!
