function "plot.subnetwork" not available #21

I am running MEGENA and following the tutorial https://github.com/mw201608/mnml-public/blob/master/publications/MEGENA_tutorial.pdf. However, the function "plot.subnetwork" is not available. Hence, no plot is generated for the subplots.
