I wonder if the MEGENA method was suitable for metatranscriptome(MT)?
Actually, I want to apply it to investigate effect of Temperature on certain modules contructed by this algorithm through bacterial MT in the ocean.
I saw several papers apply WGCNA on MT, but it seems MEGENA was only applied on disease related transcriptomes so far.
