No, this should not be the case. Perhaps it is the version issue. What was the version for the earlier run?

The version is 1.3.7, I uesd the same data and parameters, but l got different number of modules and I found that the two corresponding modules had a little difference.
Can you please share the input igraph object and the command for me to test?
