why the same data lead to different modules? #7

Hi I'm using MEGENA for data analysis, but l got differents modules when i used it in different time. Is it normal?

No, this should not be the case. Perhaps it is the version issue. What was the version for the earlier run?

The version is 1.3.7, I uesd the same data and parameters, but l got different number of modules and I found that the two corresponding modules had a little difference.
