opentok 1.0.3 conflicts with pushwoosh 3.5.0 #168

When both plugins opentok 1.0.3 and pushwoosh 3.5.0 is included, opentok is not able to publish video. However, if pushwoosh 3.4.16 is used, everything is ok again.

Built with Intel XDK v1912 Cordova (4.1.2) iOS, tested on iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPad 8.3

Turns out it was an issue on pushwoosh's side. Fixed in 3.5.1.
