Doc Updates Request #178

Hi guys. I'm not sure if this is where I'm to suppose to put this request or not but I'm just new with github so please bear with me. I just started using opentok (cordova) recently and I'm not aware of all the changes that have been applied already. Reading, through the issues directory, I read that some of the issues that I've encountered before were already addressed like the 64bit IOS sol'n but it's been a while since I used @aullman 's fixed it and I'm still currently using that on my project and if I'm not mistaken there are a few steps that needs to be done in order to apply it like copying the opentokframework file on a certain directory but I can't really remember. I also want to know what's the current version of opentok library we are using. It would be very helpful for someone like me if somebody can update the guides and general information of this repo. Thanks!
