Not working master and develop workflows and vscode tasks not launching

Workflows : environnement variables & --all-tags Vscode : Launch and build to modify

@alexemdesgagne @Kam0ss I did provider and proc sonar. I am going to close this issue and a new one needs to be created for the templates.
