Unfortunately, the current version of Chrome and its extension subsystem don't
support
setting proxy for a single tab.
I'll add this feature to Switchy when Chrome implement a per-tab proxy
configuration.

You can now set a Switch Rule to use a specific proxy for all URLs match a
specific pattern (check the last version).
But still can't set a proxy for a specific tab.
