Move between fields in Options page using <Tab> #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Options page
2. Click on a field to start edit it.
3. Press <Tab>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The next field should be activated.

The Options page has been redesigned entirely.
