What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome
2. Switch the proxy profile

What is the expected output?
The proxy profile is switched, the "tick" sign moves to the profile I
clicked

What do you see instead?
Nothing happenes; if you restart the browser, the profile is switched to
the one you wanted and the tick is moved, but to switch the profile again,
you have to restart your browser again
