Error migrating (issues) from gbif-providertoolkit to GitHub

[GoogleCodeExporter]

Unfortunately my export of the Google Code project gbif-providertoolkit to 
GitHub failed. The error message I received is copied below. 

After it failed, I retried the export two more times by deleting the new GitHub 
repo and running (https://code.google.com/export-to-github/) again. 

Can you please help?

Dumping all "error migrating issues" bugs to #88 for tracking purposes.

There are some reliability problems while migrating individual issues. And the 
more issues a project has, the more likely an individual issue migration will 
fail, causing the entire migration to be aborted.

You can safely delete the GitHub repo and retry the migration.
