Error migrating issues. Project: m-lab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export project https://code.google.com/p/m-lab/
2. Proceed through export wizard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: successful export to Github.

Actual output:
Aw, Snap!

There was an error migrating m-lab to GitHub.

The error is as follows:

Project: m-lab
Error migrating issues.

The exporter creates the following projects in my Github context. All of them 
are empty of code, issues, and wikis except for m-lab, which has some of the 
issues imported from the code.google.com project, but not all of them (17 of 
39).

Dumping all "error migrating issues" bugs to #88 for tracking purposes.

There are some reliability problems while migrating individual issues. And the 
more issues a project has, the more likely an individual issue migration will 
fail, causing the entire migration to be aborted.

You can safely delete the GitHub repo and retry the migration.
