Adds starting positions

📝 Details:

• 1 of 6 Starting positions, which tell the bot where it is (Red 1-3, Blue 1-3)
• Used to determine the direction of 1st person and 3rd person view controls

We'll need to do a new set of updates to properly reenable the shooter since it was disabled in competition and that change has remained in the development code. That can be done after we finish merging the remaining feature branch for autonomous motion.
