how to operate the ASIC_DB #243

For example,when I created a VLAN and added a member to it,how to obtain the mac addr from kernel and write it to the ASIC_DB

@cnggu2018 Sai have fdb notification mechanism. When asic learns mac address sai will call fdb callback function to update ASIC_DB
