mclag command not working #751

Mclag command is not working in Dell s6000ON switch

@Aathi87 You must config it manually via editing /etc/sonic/config_db.json like this https://github.com/Azure/SONiC/blob/master/doc/mclag/Sonic-mclag-hld.md#63-mc-lag-l2-scenario-configuration
