in-band management command missing? "sudo config in_band_mgmt_enabled" #18872

According to this:

there supposed to be a sudo config in_band_mgmt_enabled command enable it. But I don't see that.

Is this something that hasn't been implemented yet?

If so, is there a "work-around" to enable in-band via mgmt-vrf? Cause I tried and tried and can't do it.
