[Micas]platform M2-W6510 standardization by using native Linux kernel drivers #19600

Description

Micas added some drivers for W6510-48V products in the platform directory before. According to the PR review comments(https://github.com/sonic-net/sonic-buildimage/pull/15888), we will try to use native Linux kernel drivers instead, except for some drivers that we have implemented ourselves. And this issue's purpose is to follow up the topic.

@saiarcot895 has merged three PRs from the sonic-linux-kernel repository, Thanks. But platform PR #19599 has not yet been reviewed by relevant reviewers. This platform PR is very important to us. Please help arrange for reviewers @zjswhhh . Thank you.

@zjswhhh Since https://github.com/sonic-net/sonic-buildimage/pull/19599 is not kernel pr, but a platform driver pr, does saiarcot familiar with driver? If not help sign another guy who is familiar with platform driver, if yes then just ignore this comment.
