The error message from SAI has changed in SAI 11.x Update the loganalyser to whitelist this error

Add the regrex for new error in ansible/roles/test/files/tools/loganalyzer/loganalyzer_common_ignore.txt

How did you verify/test it?

Qos test on T2 chassis

Supported testbed topology if it's a new test case?
