Move depmod -a to debian init #40

Moved the depmod from the platform init script to debian init.

  1. Did fresh ONIE install, sonic_installer install to check that the i2c tree gets created
  2. Perform reboot and checked the module init
  3. Did “/usr/local/bin/s6100_platform.sh deinit” and “/usr/local/bin/s6100_platform.sh init” multiple times to check that the /lib/modules/3.16.0-5-amd64/modules.* timestamps don’t change...
