Integrate Settings Menu! #67

It was/is nice to not pull an extra dependency as STEAM_ZENITY is onboard, but it is very limited. In any case not soon, but I'm going to switch to yad instead and might also implement full built-in stl configuration.

For a better overview I think I'll drop some variables from the global config which are also in the default game template config. Preview of the current steamtinkerlaunch Settings Menu (everything already functional): 2020-09-24-164937_2704x1272_scrot
