Add pncl9500 enemy addon and automationTools addon #5

This adds all custom enemies from the pncl9500 simulator as an add-on. This also adds the automationTools addon, which for now just adds center X and center Y buttons to enemy spawner UI. It is fine if you don't pull.

WARNING: Also moves enemyConfig into its own file, obtained by the getEnemyConfig() function.
