config.txt confirm_start no longer works #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change confirm_start in config.txt to 0
2. Start CFG-Loader
3. Select a game to play

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With the confirm_start set to 0, games should boot with out the need for 
confirmation. Instead it still asks for confirmation to start the game.

What version of the loader are you using? 70

What is your System Menu version? 4.2u

What is your media type? USB HDD

How is your media formatted? FAT32, EXT3

Which cios are you using, which version, which base? Tried 249 and 222.

I don't recall what the last version I had installed was, but I do know this 
did work at one time.

Broken for me. Just modded a new 4.3u wii out of the box using the wiihacks 
tutorial. cfg v70 can't disable confirm start. Also simple mode doesn't disable 
it either.

Same problem here with 4.1E cfg v70 can't disable confirm start.
Simple mode wont disable it either'.
