Need to find a way to see if the addon was loaded by anyone else in the raid.

Probably need to create an AddonMsgPrefix and send/receive msgs to notify users 
of addon when someone else has the addon and starts betting.

Set it up so once one person starts betting, the other person's goes into sleep 
mode and no longer takes commands until that person leaves raid or turns off 
betting.
