Add option to select custom compression in S1SSEdit #168

S1SSEdit can't open kosinski-compressed layout. We had to change the program code and compile program again to open the layout because S1SSEdit support only enigma-compression

Please add support to select custom compression for layout in .ini file

(It would be great if SonLVL could open Special Stages directly like in SonLVL-RSDK)
