Add git submodule pointing to example app repository #29

Feature to add the existing sample application as a git submodule to directly track the Master branch and being able to update the two repositories independently.

Using the structure recommended by pub.dev to create an example application

Hello @sonikro @Perdiga , can you please add my colleague @stevenbarash as a contributor with WRITE permissions so we can continue to collaborate on this project together?

Additionally, it would be great if you can make me a "super" admin so I don't have to rely on you for things like this.
