Find percentage of people using no phone or using 2 phones #4

We only detect a fraction x of the people, because not everybody has a smart phone and because some people have 2 smartphones. The number x should be found online in some reports or papers. Then our calculations should scale to take into account x, too.

Actually it is better to estimate based on sold tickets / number of people that entered the stadium, vs. the total number of detected addresses (non-randomized). From the new, upcoming data; the old data is not good as we detect only one part of the stadium.
