Restructure notebooks/ folder #3

During follow-up projects in context of KinFragLib, we will produce more notebook. Let's rethink our notebooks/folder structure.

notebooks/original-kinfraglib  # original notebooks; think about proper name @dominiquesydow 
notebooks/custom-kinfraglib  # Sonja's notebooks
