Currently, when you want to use the functionality that blocks the battery from discharging on the assumption that a high consumption means that an EV is charging - you need to have the "discharge control" enabled.
As it turns out, there are (lucky) users that have a good PV that fills the battery - with the missing #15 functionality, they are4 better off with NOT using the discharge control.
However, if they don't - the battery won't be blocked when a car is charging
