Currently: If you click on any area outside the window Junction goes into the background and stays there. This can cause numerous Junction windows to stay open, if you don't close them or press esc at the time when it's open.
Feature: When you click outside of Junction, close the window. Presume the user has changed his mind about opening the site. Possibly make this optional.
