Scrolling performance in Twitter is very bad #133

Tangram version: 1.3.1 Linux distribution: Ubuntu 21.04 Flatpak version: 1.10.2 Desktop environment: GNOME Shell 3.38 Wayland Computer: Dell XPS 9360 laptop, FHD

I am using Tangram for Twitter, Instagram and Reddit. In general, scrolling performance is not good in either of them, but in Twitter is specially bad. When using the laptop touchpad, scroll happens at less than 1 FPS. It is a little better is using a mouse scroll wheel, but not by much.

A quick addendum: I think the problem is different of what I thought. The window doesn't seem to update with the new position of the feed after I end the scrolling on the touchpad, and then it jumps to the new position. As I was trying to scroll several times, it seemed as it moved at very low FPS. As the mouse scroll wheel actually sends several scroll events instead of a constant one, it does move more "fluidly".

Please try to reproduce it with flatpak GNOME Web. If you can, report the issue to WebKitGTK, the Web engine behind Tangram and GNOME Web.
