Getting a 404 in Wordpress #59

Hi,

I am getting a 404 as below in my Wordpress project

http://yrolonline.com/mak_nutrition/api/tweet.php?username=rOLLin_fiRe&list=&hashtag=&count=10&exclude_replies=false Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I have set up the "apiPath" as : '<?= get_bloginfo("template_url"); ?>/api/tweet.php'

what is missing in here? need help
