Check not Tracked - Great Fairies #1

When collecting a reward from any great fairy, the check tracker does not update. Found in RR's Kitchen Sink. May be related to entrance rando?

Confirmed not related to entrance rando. So far have checked Hyrule Castle faeries, both child and adult. No check shown.

After picking up DMC fairy, it marked off Adult Ganon's Castle fairy instead. Might be related to https://github.com/sonoftunk/Shipwright/issues/17 which also scrolled the DMC fairy to Hyrule/Ganon's Castle area.

And after DMT fairy, it marked DMC fairy.
