Visual Studio Code variant #50

I've been lookin for a good light theme for some time... those are hard to find. Onehalf looks great, thanks for publishing it. Do you plan on supporting Visual Studio Code?

Thanks, glad you like it :)

I don't use VSCode so no plans to support it at the moment. If you want to take a stab, I'll be more than happy to merge pull requests. Color codes are listed in the README.

This appears to be implemented with c9703f1 ? (onehalf/vscode). Also see #62
