Hi,

When login into ministra for the first time you are presented with this warning on the website:

It appears that Infomir themselves recommend to downgrade npm to version 2.15.11. See here step 7 when building on ubuntu 16-04, seems they may have forgotten to do that in this docker hub image they made.
