Cannot connect outgoing call to pbxes.org, udp or tcp, but incoming calls okay #1623

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup pbxes.org with CSipSimple as extension client (Vbuzzer is trunk)
2. TCP or UDP protocol, any port number as pbxes.org requires
3. Registration timeout/Keep-alive from 120 secs/40 secs to 5 hours/50 mins

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Incoming calls work stably, udp or tcp, short or long reg timeout. Outgoing 
call never connects to pbxes.org, not showing on its Call Monitor.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.03-01, Android 2.3.5 on Samsung Galaxy S II X (SGH-T989D)

Please provide any additional information below.
Direct connection with Vbuzzer works fine, both incoming and outgoing, but reg 
timeout 120 secs max is required, a drain on battery.
