Dialer integration - call using mobile button stops working after screen rotate #2634

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure that dialer integration is enabled, and make a call from the phone 
app to a number that will cause the CSipSimple Account/Use Mobile selection 
dialog to display.
2. Rotate the phone so that the screen auto-rotates to landscape mode.
3. The green phone icon that was next to the Use Mobile option will switch to a 
blue SIP icon as used for the Sip lines. Pressing this button will result in no 
action.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Regardless of orientation, pressing the Use Mobile button should result in the 
call being made using the native Phone app. This doesn't happen if the 
orientation has been rotated while the dialog is up.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

Csipsimple version 1.02.00 r2330
Android 4.1.2
Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9305T
